One of our favorite things, is to add SOUL to a home that has been forgotten.
You know the house that the neighborhood kids dare to ring the doorbell? Our kids lovingly refer to them as the "yucky houses". But after we add a little Soul with interior design, also known as house flipping the house is quickly sold to a new family. It brings us great joy to see someone moving in to create new memories.

SOULED HOME DESIGN had to make the sad decision to remove the poorly constructed front porch. The new windows, siding and roof changed the whole look.

Simple design choices make a big difference with Curb Appeal. This home was flipped 7 years ago. It had great bones, new plumbing, kitchen, and tile floors. Sadly, it was not treated well after that. We had did a lot of drywall repairs, cleaning and painting to get this sweet guy the SOUL it deserved.
